I am doing a LEED 2009 project. The project is in California and complied with Title 24 2016. I am trying to use title 24 to comply the LEED EAc 1. I have two questions.

If DES boilers have a capacity of more than 500 000 BtuH and that water consumption is metered, can they account to encounter water metering credit requirements?

Can you please clarify what is ment by the requirement for steam system : reclaim and use condensate  - 100% recovery and reuse. Tks

What is considered an intersection within a parking lot of a Big Box Store shopping centre.

The school zone is located on a road with a 30 mph speed limit sign.

Does IT and AV equipment need to be installed prior to IAQ testing? We are moving offices and our IT team will be dismantling and reinstalling AV and IT equipment the weekend prior to our move.
