The v4 reference guide refers users to the ITE 3rd Ed.

We are working on a project that does not yet meet the density requirement but is expected to see substantial development in the near future.

We submitted a Green Cleaning policy as a BD+C LEED v4 innovation credit. The reviewers said our only option now was to submit via this pilot credit. This seems to be a huge jump in scope.

Are public parks and cemeteries included in buildable land?

We are working on a CS v2009 project and we are pursuing the credit SSc9 "Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines". I assume future tenant will be asked to register under the v4 or v4.1 program.

Can anyone confirm what the definition of the above named spaces include?

I haven seen this same type of question in the forum before, but in this particular case it is extreme, so I would appreciate some feedback/opinions.
