v4 Healthcare?

I am apart of team that is trying to decide on which rating system to use. Our project is an Outpatient Medical Center. It is not for acute or long-term care. Our client wants to pursue LEED for Healthcare while I don't believe that is the right decision. And for v4, I don't know if an outpatient meets the requirements for the Healthcare rating system. Can you please advise?

The literal description is: LEED BD+C: Healthcare. Hospitals that operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and provide inpatient medical treatment, including acute and long-term care. It sounds like definitely not a hospital, and not acute care (no beds?). Another way to look at it with the client may be to go through the checklist and show the credits that would be N/A or tough fits by choosing healthcare over regular NC, which may be convincing.

Thank you David, I have been trying to find the v4 Healthcare scorecard and I cannot find one to download. I went onto USGBC and used the filter to search for one, and what comes up is the v2009 Healthcare scorecard and just the normal New Construction v4 scorecard...is there not a new scorecard for v4 Healthcare?

If you go to this link the spreadsheet has multiple tabs at the bottom for all of the variants: http://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-v4-building-design-and-construction-checklist - healthcare is way to the right in the tabs.

Does anyone have a detailed version of the LEED V4 healthcare scorecard excel file that also has a tab/column for Notes? I know USGBC made one for LEED 2009 that had this, along with credit % goals but I have not seen one for V4. Thanks!
