I have recycled content information for a product, but it doesn’t specify whether it is pre-consumer or post-consumer. What should I do?

Removing "other" costs from total construction cost of project

I am looking at a spreadsheet with the total construction cost for the project. I already shaved off HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other equipment costs from the total (including audiovisual systems, security systems, fire alarm, and air sampling smoke detection system). However, I noticed that the spreadsheet also accounts for other costs, such as general conditions, mobilization, insurancem P&P bonds, subguard, etc. Should I remove those costs from the total construction cost?
