The project I am hired to commission is a day drive.  Is it possible to only review the contractors tests or is on site necessary or required?

Interior Lighting Dimming controls in Multi-use spaces

The interior lighting of our projects has 3 zones for dorm rooms, but has dimming with manual on/ automatic off controls. There are also daylight zones.

We are currently designing a behavioral health inpatient facility in the Seattle area. Per local codes, demand control ventilation is required and is allowed in the return air ductwork for spaces.
