Kai leads the northeast commercial work for the SWA Sustainable Building Services team. He is a board advisor to BuildGreenCT (former CTGBC) and enjoys applying whole-building approaches to each project. His technical expertise is in lifecycle assessment and leads research projects and manages various rating systems, including LEED-NC, EB, CI, CS and Fitwel.
