Is LEED v4.1 Acoustic Performance 1 point or 2?

The LEED v4.1 reference guide and the USGBC website say that the credit is one point.  LEED Online also seems to indicate that it is one point.

I am trying to find confirmation that completing both options 1 & 2 will give my project more points than just completing one or the other.
