Pilot-Credits WEpc153:Water Leak Detection and Monitoring

Trend of water meter and leak sensor in Japan projects

I am seeking to achieve Pilot-Credits WEpc153 - Water Leak Detection and Monitoring for LEED ID+C. The Project in Japan generally is required to install a tenant level water meter and leak sensor by the base building. If the base building emcompasses BMS, they are usually connected to BMS system with leak alarm function.

Hi Yohei,Were you successful in pursuing this credit? Did you receive any comments or feedback that you think could be helpful for those of us who are just starting to document it?I am currently documenting this credit for an industrial warehouse and manufacturing project in Texas, United States. Since the project is an expansion of an existing building, the process has been relatively straightforward because the facility already had a Building Management System (BMS) in place. As a result, the additional investment required to meet the credit requirements was not significant. However, we have struggled to understand exactly what documentation is expected, particularly because some of the credit requirements do not appear to be addressed in the list of required submittals shown in the LEED credit library website. Could you share exactly what you submitted in case the credit was awarded to your project?Thank you in advance!
