CxA Qualifications

Hello,

I am part of a consulting firm that will be responsible for the Cx process of a BD+C campus project, and my question is whether it is okay if someone from our company can be both the CxA, and the LEED AP in the project. Sorry if this is very obvious, i just wanted to double check. Thank you!

Adam, for most projects, this overlap will not work. The LEED AP must be a member of the project team, and the CxA must be independent of that.
