Floor area - allowable difference between sim. model and PIf3

We are pursuing the Option 1 - simulation path. The total regularly occupied area (ROA) reported for the simulation is linked to the PIf3 credit.

Path 2 Flushout

Our project went with Path 2 Post-occupancy flush out. All AHUs required 2-4 days of flush out before occupancy could occur and about 24 days post occupancy.

It is absolutely insane the amount of time I (and I'm sure many others) waste working with LEEDOnline. The "quirks and bugs" are entirely too numerous to list.
