Andrea Traber is Director of KEMA’s Sustainable Buildings and Operations group. With an extensive background as Project Architect and Principal on numerous green building projects, Ms. Traber brings a practical approach and a wealth of experience to our consulting work. KEMA's services include sustainable design consulting, LEED consulting, commissioning and retro-commissioning, high performance energy modeling, green building guideline and policy development, and sustainability master planning. We work with public agencies, private sector real estate industry, property management firms, design and construction firms, and energy utilities. Andrea has worked on over 50 LEED projects using all of the LEED systems, examples of which include Moffett Towers (CS and NC), Foundation Capital (CI), Plaza 360 (EBOM), and Sonoma Mountain Village (ND). Ms. Traber is President of the Northern California Chapter of the USGBC. She has been active in green building research and advocacy since 1992.
