Is there any USGBC approved program which would help projects achieve credit points pursuing the option 2 multi attribute optimization of MR BPDO-EPD? Thanks in advance!

We are pursuing CSv4 for a project and using the prescriptive approach for Optimize Energy Performance.

In regular flexible workstations, with a desk and a chair, they usually have docks for easier adaptation to laptops.

First question: The optimization (read credit) requires: countertops, water fixtures, doorknobs, lightswitches to meet EPA testing requirements for antimicrobial activity.

Has anoyone gained Option 1 using an IP based control system. If every light fitting can be controlled via an IP based system will this achieve complaince with Option.

We had a submittal come in that is proposing the use of a "bonding slurry" to be used above grade between the metal deck and concrete slab for each building story.

I am working on a few projects for a public agency that purchases REC's for all of their buildings electricity, and they would like to add natural gas.
