Is there any USGBC approved program which would help projects achieve credit points pursuing the option 2 multi attribute optimization of MR BPDO-EPD? Thanks in advance!

According to the above text and available information at USGBC's v4 online reference guide, no specific programs have been approved yet.

Both UL Environment and GreenCircle Certified have EPD/LCA Optimization programs that should be officially recognized by LEED v4/4.1 shortly in the next release.  That said, there are not many certified products using these programs yet.  Look under both "Multi-Attribute" (not all of these contribute) and "LCA Optimized" in the GreenCircle database and under "EPD Optimization" on UL SPOT.
