How to define "Total Construction Cost" for credits

I'm looking for clearer guidance on how to calculate the Total Construction Cost". Is this to be the estimated cost of construction, or the actual cost of construction?

Dear LEED friends,

It seems there is a glitch with the Calculator and Excel.  Has anyone had the error on the Summary page show up, "Run time error '1004'?

We have a project registered under LEED V4 2024 update. Can we switch to LEED V4.1 for minimum energy performance & optimize energy performance credit?

Can I assume that my 40% energy savings is also 40% in GHG given that I have only one source of energy which is electricity...

This week I learned that 60-ton packaged units are not provided with an EER.
