I am working on a project that will have incomplete spaces that will be finished by tenants.

the project regards a campus (multiple buildings) served by a trigeneration plant (plant producing electricity, heat and chilled water). LEED versione is v4.1. 

For exemplary performance of this credit it states;

I am working on a retail store project in downtown Houston. The project is in the mall and I am looking for some help with this credit.

I looked at the changes, and I don't see a reason why the switch to v4.1 would not be of benefit.  Am I missing anything, where it could potentially create a problem for a project?
