Hello - how do i calculate the baseline parking capacity of an airport ? - it is not included in the TABLE 1 - Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type.

LT Credit : Reduced parking Foot print
Can this credit be achieved if there are no parking spaces provided and we are using existing parking lot for the new building?
