Hi,

After the preliminary construction review we have been awarded all prerequisites and a specific amount of points.

Hello all- We received our Preliminary Construction Review from USGBC for a LEED-NC 2009 project.

Our project got back the Final Design Review, but changes that affect one Awarded credit occurred during construction.

If a project has been submitted for review (Design prelim and Construction prelim) comments are received for each review.

So we have a difficult v2009 project that strained to achieve simple certification. It came back from prelim construction review with only one comment.
