We've received our final Design Review but want to add a design credit and correct a credit that was denied. I was going to download a copy of the new credit to work on but everything is locked until I choose to either Accept or Appeal. What is the difference in these choices if I can add a Design credit at the preliminary construction review?

You can add the design credit in the construction review phase. To correct the credit you will need to file an appeal.
