MR credits- which divisions?

The previous versions of LEED limited the MR credits to Divisions 2 through 10 and 12. It excluded MEP materials.

Excluding top floors and roof from LEED CS boundary

CS-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

For this credit to achieve 5 pts you must show 45% reduction. If you are at 44.95% would that be considered?

Wood Ceilings & Walls in EQc2

From what I have seen on other threads in this forum, wood ceilings & walls (tiles, slats, planks, panels, etc.) are expected to comply to CDPH.

We're submitting a project where we have 42% of electricity and 58% of gas consumption. And out of 42% of electricity consumption, 9.2% is generated on-site.

A bit of a newbie to LEED stuff, but does anyone know how to make the baseline energy source electric in stead of gas?
