f the only subsystem available in the project is (Indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings), Are we eligible to earn this Credit for a core and shell project?

I think so. At least, I don't know any cases when such a project would have been rejected. The main thing is that the plumbing was serviceable, heh.

Hi Amgad, Actually, the requirement is to install permanent water meters for TWO or more of the following water subsystems, as applicable to the project: irrigation, indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings, domestic hot water, process water, reclaimed water, and boiler water. If the subsystem available is only indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings, you may prepare a narrative explaining why your project only has ONE water subsystem applicable to strengthen your argument to earn 1 point from this credit.
