Good afternoon, I am working on credit EAc3.1 for an EBOM project in an Office Building built in 1904.  I am looking for information with regards to the 100% lighting control statement. 

Thanks to David Hubka, LEEDuser has added two sample documents to our Toolkit for this credit—a BAS summary report, and a preventive maintenance checklist.

Is it necessary to calibrate sensors during the performance period even if the manufacturer’s recommended interval didn't pass yet?

If our project's BAS controls 100% of the building's heating and air conditioning, but only 35% of the building's ventilation (by square footage), can we still pursue this credit?

Is it necessary to have exterior lighting monitor and control to achieve this credit point. if interior is on BMS, Will i able to take that credit.

I was wondering if there is a minimum set of comfort parameters which HAVE TO be measured by the BAS.

Our project is an office tower with 30 tenants. Does the BAS need to control tenant's systems?
