Is it necessary to have exterior lighting monitor and control to achieve this credit point. if interior is on BMS, Will i able to take that credit.

Both interior and exterior lighting must be automatically controlled. This is completed via BAS control, or via local automatic controls, including occupancy sensors and/or timers. 100% of site lighting and 100% of interior lighting for critical spaces, not exempted under ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2007, must have automatic controls in order to comply with the requirements of EAc3.1.
