If our project's BAS controls 100% of the building's heating and air conditioning, but only 35% of the building's ventilation (by square footage), can we still pursue this credit? (Lighting is automated under a separate system.)

Hi Melissa - It sounds like your project would not qualify, unfortunately. From my understanding, 100% of building HVAC systems would need to be covered.
