2 Buildings in a unique Hotel

We have one unique boiler, that feeds two buildings inside the LEED boundary of the hotel. Must we do two energy models, with two set of input/output reports?

UFAD System: Underfloor plenum in baseline model?

Atrium entrances

Task lights in college dorm

Is this correct: If students bring their own task lights (and we don't know what they'd bring) we do not include them in our lighting power density calculation? We have fixed overhead lighting.

Baseline HVAC system choice

Let's Say this building is 26,000 sf which the baseline is system 5-6. What if the exception area is 10,000 sf (process load difference >10 Btu/h ft).
