NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
We have one unique boiler, that feeds two buildings inside the LEED boundary of the hotel.
Must we do two energy models, with two set of input/output reports? Or can we do a unique energy model?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

If both buildings are part of the certification it sounds like it may be one model to me. Are the building separate somehow? Do they share other systems?

Yes, they have a common part in the basement, little but common (parking). They share BMS, monitoring system....althought the envelope is very different, I think I can moldel toghether.
