Two building served by one plant

We have a project that consists of two buildings. Both are served by one heating and cooling plant located in one of the building. Both buildings are new construction and are pursuing LEED.

Table G3.1 section 2 a says one of the requirements to exclude parts from the model is that "Work to be performed in excluded parts of the building shall meet the requirements of Sections 5-10."

Airconditioning for process requirement

Hi, We are working on a tablet manufacturing facility which is fully air conditioned (Only cooling, no heating requirement).

Our project is within a larger property owned by the same entity, and some illuminated paths and roads extend beyond our LEED project boundary, so we're referencing CIR #10236, which allows expand

Process load

Can someone please tell what all components must be included in calculating the process load for any building? Can we include basement ventilation, electrical heating water system etc.

We are busy assessing whether or not the "Public lavatories have outlet temperature controls that limit the discharge temperature to 110°F" ASHRAE 90.1 Mandatory requirement.
