Can someone please tell what all components must be included in calculating the process load for any building? Can we include basement ventilation, electrical heating water system etc. for process load? Thanks.

Good question. This is a bit of a grey area so rule 1) all project associated energy use must be accounted for in the model rule of thumb) almost all non-regulated energy users are process loads. That means if standard 90.1 does not have a minimum efficiency criteria or other regulation regarding a load, then it is usually a process load. Some are specifically mentioned (Table G3.1 12) and others are well established. Generally, if something is not regulated in the standard, then you model it the same as in the proposed model (whether as process or some other load...or even some item like an unregulated building envelope componant such as basement slabs which are not "on grade"). Some of the grey ones where you could debate, you may find by searching the forums.

Specifically ventilation fans serving unconditioned spaces are process. Water heating systems in general are not process.
