EAP2 and EA1 appeal

Question: If I have an air cooled chiller selected at non-ARI conditions that has a full load efficiency of 3.0 COP, does it comply with the minimum efficiency requirement of 2.8 COP from ASHRAE -

Voltage drop

Folks, Is there any exception for the 2% and 3% voltage drop? We are working on a subway station and we were able to achieve 3,5% to the feeders and 3% to the to the branch circuits.

We would like to find out what have been included in item "Other Clg Accessories" under Primary Cooling in Energy Consumption Summary. In our baseline, Package Terminal Heat Pump is adopted.

Parking garage

I have modeled parking garage in the simulation by taking 0.75 cfm/sf (exhaust)from ASHRAE 62.1-2007 which leads to energy consumpation of 43,450kWh.
