Among the content that is request for the Ongoing Cx plan the following one is specified by the ID+C Reference guide: “Direction for testing new and retrofitted equipment”.

What level of testing is actually required for LEED V4 enhanced commissioning envelope testing?

Do solar panels that are being installed by the building owner need to be commissioned before the LEED submittal or can the commissioning be done later?

Our project went forward with Fundamental Commissioning using a member of the Engineering firm (disinterested party, not involved in any way with the design/engineering/construction of the building
