What level of testing is actually required for LEED V4 enhanced commissioning envelope testing? We have previously certifed a project in which a thermal imaging survey of the envelope was selected by the owner and this thermal imaging survey and report were submitted to satisfy the envelope testing portion of the enhanced commissioning credit. We have since submitted another project utilizing the testing and received a reviewer comment that Thermal imaging does not meet the enveope testing requirement. Like every other credit, review teams can be very subjective and one team will accept one type of testing and the next won't. Since there is no guidance in the LEED V4 guidebook noting what the actual test requirement is, what is it?

Update to above, disregard. The standards referred to in the online guidance and the actual guidebook vary. The online guidance notes ASTM E2947-16 and AsHRAE guideline 0. The actual guidebook mentions NIBS guideline 3 and ASHRAE guidline 0 but omits ASTM E2947.
