For a CI tentant improvement project, the LEED Rating System Variation language states a minium of two short term and two long term bike parking spaces are required.

We're working on a LEEDv4 Commercial Interiors project in Seattle, WA. Does it matter if the base building is supplying the short term bicycle racks?
