Could emergency showers included in a Lab project meet the requirements for Bicycle Facilities credit?

Feels very unlikely. Do the emergency showers have privacy and a changing space? Are people able to utilize these showers in a non-emergency situation? 

The intent is that if someone commutes to the project they can readily hop in the shower to refresh before starting their day.
