We're working on a LEEDv4 Commercial Interiors project in Seattle, WA. Does it matter if the base building is supplying the short term bicycle racks? Will we still be able to count the short term racks toward the credit supplied by the base building, even though they were not installed as part of the CI scope?
Please advise.
Thank you!

Yes, that is fine.

Would that same logic apply to the shower facilities? Especially in the case of the base building also pursuing LEED certification.
Thanks!

Yes, but note that if all building occupants have access to the racks or the showers, you will have to account for that in your calculations since they won't be just for your project's occupants.

Hello! Taking into account the entire building occupants in the calculations for a CI project, can we also use the long term bike racks provided by the base building?
