In my experience it runs the gamut... some project teams aren't aware of them, but then they hit some budget shortfall and are looking for extra money to meet LEED goals, and they find out about...

Sean, since these are in your LEED boundary they should be considered for all relevant LEED credits—which will be most of them. Since they're small and unoccupied, I don't think you need to...
