Does anybody have a blank CS WEp1 template with the correct public lavatory sink flow rate (.5) in the baseline table? I do not have any new CS projects registered but need to evaluate a building's water use. The template I have has the old baseline of 2.2 and it does not seem to work properly (won't calculate) if I modify the baseline case to .5. Thanks.
