Tristan Roberts Representative Vermont House of Representatives LEEDuser Expert 11477 thumbs up October 29, 2010- 3:00 pm Lucy, this line is another way of saying "Total."In other words, all the MRc4–7 "sustainable criteria" are entered together on that same table. The bottom row totals each one of them up. Log in or register to post comments ...

All weather pathways?

Pilot-Credits PC9: Street Network

and they must be "addressable." Publicly accessible means that streets are not gated and are not located within gated areas. "Addressable" means that streets are (or can be) lined by lots with postal addresses-- i.e., no parking lots, driveways, access ramps, and so on." So the answer is, the partially gated pathways would not count towards your intersection count, though this is not clear...

Could you please share examples of submittal documentation for this credit, that is "drawings showing the line of sight from interior spaces through exterior windows in both plan and sectional views." Also if the building has approximately 120 different rooms (offices and patient rooms): 1. Do we draw sectional view for each space? 2. Is furniture requried to be shown in plan? IEQc8.2 ...

choose where I wanted to count it. It also sounds like there is a lot of synicism about the recycled qualification which would lead me to think that the FSC certification is the better certification...

Susie Spivey-Tilson LEED Fellow, Senior Program Manager for Global Energy & Sustainability CBRE LEEDuser Expert 158 thumbs up August 30, 2010- 12:25 pm This isn't the first case where the Reference Guide and the Credit Form in LEED online contradict one another. My first line of defense would be to send a technical inquiry specific to the credit to GBCI and have them acknowledge the difference and to confirm if the legal language is required for credit compliance (more so than the recommendation to include in the Tenant Guidelines). Most tenants won't have copiers and printers that are high volume...

Wall on Site Boundary

NC-2009 SSc8: Light Pollution Reduction
posted by Omer Moltay on Oct 23, 2010, 3:01 pm

We have a 2 m. high brick wall running all around out site. This wall belongs to the property so it is within the site boundary and the site boundary runs exactly along the outside surface of the wall. When making ground plane photometry calculations on the site boundary, should the calculation points be inside the wall or outside the wall? When outside, the values are obviously 0 fc due to the fact that luminaries are inside the site and the wall is casting shadow to the other side (although the 10 feet beyond site boundary calculations are not zero). When we calculate inside, we get higher...
