using HPD as supporting documentationNC-v4 EQc2: Low-emitting materialsposted by Erin Holdenried on Jun 29, 2022, 11:28 amA lot of HPDs indicate the VOC content of a product and/or the emissions compliance (such as Greenguard Gold). Would an HPD be accepted as supporting documentation from this credit, particulary if it's a self-prepared HPD? This would really help streamline documentation across credits. EQc2 ... Option 1. Path 1- poverty rateNC-v4.1 LTc3: High Priority Site and Equitable Developmentposted by Jennifer Atherton on Jun 28, 2022, 5:18 pmClaudia Mezey Consultant, Built Ecology WSP USA LEEDuser Expert 14 thumbs up June 28, 2022- 6:21 pm Hi Jennifer! Good question. From my understanding, LIM-AT (%) is more of an informal poverty level metric. The official poverty line is measured by the "Market Basket Measure", which isn't readily extracted from Statistics Canada. Another option to try is documenting via household income... I'd recommend using Statistics Canada's data viewer for the 2016 Census here. First, I've filtered the "Geographic Level" as "Province or territory"; ... Exempt from Indoor Water Efficiency pre-requisite?NC-v4 WEp2: Indoor water use reductionposted by Lawrence Lile on Feb 21, 2018, 12:23 pmwill use, regardless of scope/location of those fixtures. I would doubt that there are zero restrooms or other fixtures in the whole building for your occupants/visitors, unless maybe you have a warehouse or something along those lines. In general, if a building has at least 1 full-time equivalent employee (requirement to even pursue certification), there should typically be facilities available for use. Can you... Minimum Energy Performance CalculatorNC-v4 EAc2: Optimize Energy Performanceposted by Sarah Leenknegt on Jun 13, 2022, 6:28 amHi I am wondering if I am alone in this.. On each LEED Project, I waste a lot of time to enter data in the Excel Performance Calculator. In a lot of cells, after entering the data, I am waiting about 30 seconds while the document is frozen, before I can continue. Apart from the actual waiting time, this breaks up the workflow and makes is very inefficient. Furthermore, there are some problems... Last reply: , Jun 13, 2022, 9:08 am |

Separation of Service Sinks and Indoor FixturesNC-v4 WEc4: Water meteringposted by Timothy Ian Middleton on May 6, 2022, 12:15 amWe have a project where we have irrigation, restaurant tenants, indoor fixtures and service sinks. The 1st 2 are easily metered, but it is not easy to separate the indoor fixtures and service sinks. Our building is a 20 storey office tower, each floor has one supply line serving (1) service sink (2) wall mounted fixture for cleaning and (3) pantry and M/F restrooms (fixtures described in WEp2/WEc2). After our 1st submission we just got a comment from the LEED Reviewer: " The documentation does not confirm that the non-fixture usage (e.g. service sinks, etc.) is measured and can be deducted...
