We have the following development: a 50acre lot is going to be divided up in smaller units of 5000sqft and each lot will have a residence, a house. The common area of the 50 acre lot will have 3 buildings: a 650sqft for security, a 1080sqft administrative building, and a 11840sqft club with amenities for the residents.
