If there is any further pantry served on the same line, then a separate water meter is to be provided from the pantry water line. I am very confuse whether the occupancy rates in appendix 2. Default occupancy counts refer to daily average occupancy values or peak occupancy. Need to get clear Idea about requirement of Enhanced IAQNC-v4 EQc1: Enhanced indoor air quality strategiesposted by Nagaraj Sankar on Feb 6, 2023, 1:25 amMaria Porter Sustainability specialist Skanska Sweden LEEDuser Premium Member 271 thumbs up February 6, 2023- 3:10 am Nagaraj, In my experience they do require the self-closing doors. However, do remember that this requirement is for rooms that are “…space where hazardous gases or chemicals may be present or used…”. While toilets may be smelly, they are not considered hazardous. And for printer rooms, check if they are high volume or not. If not, they are excluded. (I think it was 40 000 copies a month that was the limit). Where I live, copying has decreased a lot in the last 10 years as we have... Last reply: Maria Porter, Feb 6, 2023, 3:10 am |
