Hospitality-NC-v4 SSc3:Open space

RESORT DEVELOPMENT IN ISLAND

This is for a resort development project in an island with splendid views . The project has lot of open spaces with both circulation paths and spaces with just sand & view to the beach .

For earning this credit should only the area with landscape and recreation area be counted or can other non-circulation areas can also be considered as open space ?
