Reclaimed Restaurant TablesCI-2009 IEQc4.5: Low-emitting materials - systems furniture and seatingposted by Max Calabro on Nov 30, 2010, 2:17 pmI'm working on a Platinum-seeking CI restaurant, and this credit is causing us some problems. We will also have some other furniture (barstools, chairs) which will be Greenguard certified to meet this credit. So:-Could our dining tables count as Occasional Furniture since they are easily moved, etc?-Could we track all materials rather than... Last reply: Josh Jacobs, Jan 25, 2011, 7:45 am |

I think we need to understand the use (not the construction) of the space before we can make a determination. Log... Last reply: Jill Perry, PE, Apr 24, 2011, 6:25 pm |

LEEDuser Basic Member 138 thumbs up December 21, 2010- 11:54 am Your question covers a lot of issues, but in general the intent of M&V is to ensure that the building is performing as projected/expected. This inherently means that there must be performance projections, usually in the form of energy simulations. (Otherwise, how do we determine... Last reply: Gordon Shymko, Apr 24, 2011, 4:09 pm |

LEED-EBOM District Energy Systems (DES) guidance availableEBOM-2009 EAc1: Optimize Energy Efficiency Performanceposted by Tristan Roberts on Dec 22, 2010, 12:01 pmScott Bowman LEED Fellow Integrated Design + Energy Advisors, LLC LEEDuser Expert 519 thumbs up January 6, 2011- 1:31 pm Overall this is good and makes a lot of sense.
