If they don't state which was was used for the steel on our project, do I have to ask them to tell me which method was used for the steel on our project and if they don't know should I use BOF, which always has significantly less recycled content than EAF? That said, I don't understand how this credit is presented in LEED-CI. There is really no change in the credit requirements from LEED-NC, even though the scope of work is totally different.
