Project self shading for separate certificationsNC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performanceposted by Cory Duggin on Jun 10, 2015, 1:26 pmWe have a project that is one large structure comprised of a rail station that acts as a platform on top of which two towers sit. It is technically one structure, but the 3 pieces are 3 separate LEED projects. My question is whether the shading from the 2 other pieces can be included in the proposed energy model without including it in the baseline. Since they are highly dependent on one another, removing the adjacent buildings could result in lots of proposed unmet hours.
