The owner uses onsite generated renewable energy besides the energy from the grid.

I am working on the recertification (LEED O+M: Existing) of a building, part of which is a data center and therefore uses a significant amount of energy (about one third of the entire project).

I came across an old video where it is explained this version doesn't take into account the purchase of RECs but it is considered for the future. This video is from 5 years ago.

We have a question regarding filling out the data information in ARC platform for a CHP. It produces heat (natural Gas) and electricity.

I am doing some research on LEED v4.1 O+M and I have a number of questions.
I am going to post them here (I know it is a lot) hoping someone knows the answer for a few of them, maybe.

Hello everyone, 

in the previous version LEED EBOM v4 was possible to consider and take some points if the energy from grid was green power certified. 

We are trying to go for LEED O+M  certification in one  of our buildings which has a Chiller plant in it along with other occupied places
