For a Distributuion Center  project located in an industrial park , the developer enhanced the mechanical soil properties through grading the whole site area.

In Option 1 of the credit guidelines, there is the requirement that adjacent site must be currently used for industrial or commercial purposes.

If our site are below 16 km to the main logistic hub, namely airport and freight village, does it count as two transportation resources or is it count as a single transportation resources?
