Hi,

My current project is going to be built on a previously developed parking lot. It was mainly used to hold construction vehicles. For option 1 of this credit it requires the previously developed land to be of industrial or commercial use. Would this count as an industrial use since it was construction parking?

One definition of industrial use I found includes "storage of construction equipment", so yes.
