If I am working on a new warehouse, and the "warehouse" options don't work for this site ("option 1-development & adjacency" and "option 2-transportation resources"), can I go for the diverse uses (option 2 under new construction, core & shell, schools, retail, data centers, hospitality)? The warehouse is in a place with a lot of diverse uses surrounding the site.

Johanna - Generally speaking, projects must meet the credit requirements based on the LEED standard they're targeting. However, you might trying contacting GBCI directly, in case there is an exception for this situation.
