Warehouses-NC-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Option 1 | expressway as site used for industrial or commercial purposes

In Option 1 of the credit guidelines, there is the requirement that adjacent site must be currently used for industrial or commercial purposes. Can we classify the adjacent expressway as the site which is used for such purposes? Thank you in advance for your answer.

It sounds reasonable and a likely interpretation to me. However, this is a new credit and I'm not aware of a lot of precedent. I would contact GBCI, or otherwise check this approach.
