Warehouses-NC-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Two logistics hubs

My question is regarding whether two logistic hubs can be counted as two of the four possible transportation resources: both an airport and a river port are within 10 miles driving distance of our project site. The way the bullet points are organized beneath OPTION 2 makes it unclear whether multiple logistic hubs will count as multiple resources, or if only one may be counted.

Looking at the LEED form, multiple logistic hubs will count as only one resource. Projects appear to need to meet the criteria for two or more separate transportation resources to meet the credit requirements.
