Our project is a retail tenant located within a mall.

 For the Surrounding diversity and diverse use criteria, the Manual language is a bit confusing.

For the requirement of combined density,

1. can it be met by demonstrating the calculation of non-residential building only?

In the form after I've inputted the density square feet, the Sq ft per acre of buildable land is automatically calculated.

What is the difference between the Use Label on Map and the Use Type? I am able to freely input the Use Label on Map but the Use Type does not allow for any type of input or provide a pull-down.

Is there any hope for military bases on this credit? If the facilities are open to the public IF the public can get into the base, does it count? Thanks!

I am working for a CI project. The project space is located in very isolated factory area where not many buildings are located and therefore we are extremely low on points for this credit.
